AFFED is an accredited member of CSO-NET, the United Nations Civil Society Network administered by UN DESA, which connects civil society organizations to UN intergovernmental processes on sustainable development. This accreditation allows AFFED to contribute directly to global policy dialogue and represent African community perspectives at the United Nations.

United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD)
As a partner organization to the UNCCD, AFFED supports global efforts to combat desertification, land degradation, and drought — issues that directly threaten food security, water access, and rural livelihoods across Africa.
